Everyone in the neighborhood is welcome to attend any board meeting during the year.  If you have a subject related to the neighborhood that requires the Board’s attention, please contact the board at board@harpsmillwoods.org.

The board generally meets the first Tuesday of each month in February, April, June, August, October, December, or as needed to address urgent issues.  Meetings are currently being held online. Meeting information is shared via Facebook on the HOA group page and a note to emails on file.

The Annual Meeting is held each February to review the prior years accomplishments and discuss plans for the coming year.  All homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend EVERY meeting, especially this one.
