HMW Dues

The homeowner dues for 2020 are $215.00 plus a $25 special assessment for each of the next 6 years to sandblast and plaster the pool surfaces.  Total dues for 2020 are $240.

• 2018 – $205 + $25 Special Assessment for 8 years for sandblast and plaster pool surfaces
• 2017 – $195 + $50 Special Assessment for pool decking to the raised/repaired

Historically we would like payments to be made by January 1 each year. Each December a notice will be mailed to you with the exact amount you owe and your payments due date. There is a penalty for late payments. Interest will be charged to delinquent accounts. Extremely delinquent accounts will be handled by our attorney and the homeowner will be forced to pay the attorney’s fees – roughly $500-$1000. If the attorney can not reach an agreement with the homeowner we can foreclose on the property and evict the residents.
