Charleston Management Corporation had a contract with Harps Mill Woods to perform all of the routine property management operations. The contract with Charleston ended on July 31, 2003. The Board of Directors has now taken over the management of all property and responsibilities.

HOA Insurer

The HOA is insured with Erie Insurance Group. Our local agent is the Chapman Insurance Agency Inc. 919-676-5066.
