HMW Dues
The HOA dues for 2025 are $263.00 plus a $25 special assessment for pool repair for a total of $288 for 2025!
2025 is the final year of the current special assessment for the pool repairs.

- 2023 – $250 + $25 Special Assessment for 8 years to sandblast & replaster pool
- 2022 – $239 + $25 Special Assessment for 8 years to sandblast & replaster pool
- 2021 – $225 + $25 Special Assessment for 8 years to sandblast & replaster pool
- 2020 – $215 + $25 Special Assessment for 8 years to sandblast & replaster pool
- 2019 – $210 + $25 Special Assessment for 8 years to sandblast & replaster pool
- 2018 – $205 + $25 Special Assessment for 8 years to sandblast & replaster pool
- 2017 – $195 + $50 Special Assessment for pool decking to the raised/repaired
Historically we would like payments to be made in January of each year. Each December a notice will be mailed to you with the exact amount you owe for your property. There is a penalty fee of $20 for late payments and Interest of 18% will be charged on any outstanding balance carried into the following year. Extremely delinquent accounts will be handled by our attorney and the homeowner will be forced to pay the attorney’s fees – roughly $500-$1000. If the attorney is unable to reach an agreement with the homeowner, we can put a lien on the property.
