Hi Neighbors! Get ready – You asked for it – It’s almost time!

Notices were placed in your mailbox this week to announce our first Neighborhood Yard Sale happening on Saturday, May 18.

The HOA will take care of advertising the date/time, putting out signs and providing balloons on your Mailbox to indicate you are a participating home. You must send an email to: Brenda Campbell at bcampbell2006@bellsouth.net no later than May 15 to get the balloons. Brenda will confirm she received your message before that Friday.

For non-participating neighbors, please be patient while we make some extra cash and watch out for extra cars parked along the street.

Participants need to:

• Send Brenda an email (with your address please)
• Gather the items to sell
• Cleaning them up a bit
• Price them – to sell quickly (and know your “I can’t accept less than $ figure”)
• Open your garage door at 8 am
• Sale is over at Noon
• Hope for good weather, so you can spread out your merchandise on your driveway and front lawn. In case of rain or to display items, you can put up a canopy or temporary shelter.

* Remove all the items from your front yard no later than Saturday at 5 pm. Please do not leave items that did not sell on the curb, unless someone is scheduled to pick it up on Saturday afternoon.

Meet at the pool parking lot for face painting, flower making and – of course! – an egg hunt!
